Through our dedicated London market hub, we connect clients to our global offerings, such as third party administration (TPA) and delegated claims administration, loss adjusting services, major and complex loss handling and various specialist practice groups. Additionally, our team has the flexibility to design client-specific, tailored solutions for any risk, claim or service in any location.

Delegated claims administration

We provide all forms of bespoke insurance-focused services spanning divisions of our TPA, home and commercial claims, including an international out of hours helpline service. We have a dedicated delegated claims administration team, ‘approved’ by the Lloyd’s Corporation, that handles files across all lines of business.
